In addition to the continuous research and development of products, Hopetech is also striving for improvement in quality management, with operating procedures have been improved and implemented to achieve the first stage of corporate improvement. Hopetech has become a professional hydraulic cylinder manufacturer certified by ISO9001 International Quality Assurance System. The entire operation of the company is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard from order taking, development and design, raw material selection, production process, quality control, product tracking, to customer service.
All operating procedures are documented for product identification and traceability. In order to ensure the quality of hydraulic cylinders, all hydraulic cylinders in production and under development are subjected to strict dimensional and performance tests until they are perfected at all stages before they are delivered to customers or launched into the market.
In order to ensure the quality and durability of our products, Hopetech's hydraulic cylinders are manufactured to meet the needs of our customers in different operating environments, and we use sealed parts from various international manufacturers, such as Parker, Merkel, Hallite, Trelleborg, NOK, VALQUA, SAKAGAMI...etc.; bearing from brands: SKF, IKO, KOYO, INA...etc.; and valves from brands: SUN, REXROTH, HAWE, HYDAC...etc.
For important parts and special processing, Hopetech is able to pass PT (Penetrant Testing), MT (Magnetic particle Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), RT (Radiographic Testing) and other non-destructive tests to ensure that customers can use the product without any worries.
In addition, according to the requirements of the use environment, the important parts of the Hopetech oil cylinder chave passed the salt spray test, sulfur dioxide test, and other rust and corrosion tests conducted by SGS and other third-party laboratories to ensure the product's service life.
Hopetech uses computers to assist in design, strength calculation and drawing, and uses various new workhorses for precision machining. Our cylinder tube is made of high-pressure seamless steel tube with precision machining of the inner diameter, which has low frictional resistance and strong corrosion resistance. Our piston rod is treated with various necessary surface treatments, such as electroplating and heat treatment. In addition, our production process of hydraulic cylinder is subject to strict quality control, such as dimensional inspection, plating quality control, salt spray test, weld inspection, heat treatment hardness quality control, mechanical and chemical performance test, and the final hydraulic function test, in order to control the quality to achieve the highest goal of excellent quality.
