Hopetech focuses on custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, including special, heavy-duty, large-branch, difficult to repair ones, and even those that other people cannot repair. These are our major business directions. Hopetech secures and tracks all layers from the initial selection of materials, through strength calculations and strict quality requirements, to the processing process. We carefully evaluate and consider each processing process, including the precision and roughness requirements of sealing workpieces, the application of various heat treatment hardness and strength, and the best processing of parts to meet the needs of customers in harsh environments, which can resist high temperatures and acids and alkalis, and are suitable for various special environments.
In addition to the continuous research and development of products, Hopetech is also striving for improvement in quality management, with operating procedures have been improved and implemented to achieve the first stage of corporate improvement. Hopetech has become a professional hydraulic cylinder manufacturer certified by ISO9001:2015 International Quality Assurance System. The entire operation of the company is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard from order taking, development and design, raw material selection, production process, quality control, product tracking, to customer service. All operating procedures are documented for product identification and traceability. In order to ensure the quality of hydraulic cylinders, all hydraulic cylinders in production and under development are subjected to strict dimensional and performance tests until they are perfected at all stages before they are delivered to customers or launched into the market.
Equipment Introduction
At Hopetech, we have various types of large lathes, large cylinder-lining machines, milling machines, rotary arm drilling machines, automatic welding equipment (sub-welding machines, CO2 welding machines) for precise control of processing tolerances of custom-made special products. Hopetech is also equipped with various CNC machining satellite factories, including CNC lathe, CNC vertical lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC enamelling machine, CNC double column milling machine, CNC center machining machine, etc. to accurately process various large hydraulic (air) cylinder parts.
We have 2 professional test benches for hydraulic cylinders, with a maximum pressure of 800 kg/cm2, and the largest hydraulic cylinder with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a length of 12 meters.
